The Aerotech case is made out of vacuum formed ABS plastic of high impact and temperature resistant materials. This feature makes the case rigid like a double wall constructed outer shell without the added weight! Because of the vacuum formed wheel compartments on the case shell, you can literally mount your two wheels with the provided quick release to the case itself, properly securing the wheels with nylon wheel covers for protection out of the way of the bicycle frame. Another great feature is the top case angle which can accommodate a carbon fiber bike frame up to a 62cm with the integrated seat mast…try fitting these popular frames in a rectangular bike case.
This case includes 5 locking closures, two being combination locks for security. Four, 40mm thermo rubber wheels with bearings, recessed into the bottom of the case minimizing damage to the wheels in transit. Eight built in handles and hollows, including a removable strap for ease of lifting and loading. Other nice features are added interior upholstery padding, nylon storage bag for pedals and seat/seatpost, two foam tubes to protect and secure the frame inside the box, plus a name tag to identify the owner of the bicycle case.
