Cancellation Fees: If I must cancel my reservation, my cancellation fee will be as follows:
At the time the reservation is made, you must forward a completed reservation form, an executed original of this Agreement along with a minimum deposit of $200.00 USD. On acceptance of the reservation, this deposit shall become NON- REFUNDABLE .
All cancellations must be in writing, including email. If I cancel my reservation, the deposit will be applied towards a subsequent stay within one year from the date of the original booking or the deposit is forfeited.
